Req ID: 74864 Description Responsibilities PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsibilities include directing, leading and managing the technical activities in one or more engineering disciplines (mechanical, software, packaging, electrical, reliability, systems, applications, or process engineering). Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Required Experience and Skills Education: Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical/ Chemical or industrial engineering Job experience or other technical / engineering education can be substituted for educational preferences. Required Skills: 1+ years of hands-on-experience with die processes services ( die mechanical sawing / laser process ( stealth -plasma dicing) / back grinding , Tape & reel die Automatic optical inspection ) for GaAs , Si die etc understanding of die processing equipment, and processes. troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. & process control fundamental understanding Ability to analyze statistical data; familiarity with software such as JMP is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with multiple engineering groups and customers. English level >85% Able to travel immediately Desired Experience and Skills Desired Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in die processing services 2+ years of production operations experience, particularly in high volume manufacturing. Ability to apply fundamental theories in real engineering problem solving.
