**Vacante para la empresa SAE en Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México**:** Zona de trabajo: Col. Portales, frente al Parque de los Venados. Trabajo presencial****Horario**:Lunes a Viernes se cubre ventana de servicio (7:00 AM a 7 PM**con rol de turnos de 8 horas dentro de este horario).**Ofrecemos: Sueldo $13,000 mensuales brutos.Prestaciones de ley, se cotiza 100% en IMSS, contratación inmediata y directa con la empresa,**Escolaridad**:Mínimo bachillerato concluido.**Requisitos**:- Experiência de 1 año en puesto similar (agentes telefónicos bilingües, agente de seguros o bancarios) y deseable con clientes extranjeros.- Inglés avanzado y fluido.**Actividades**:- Atención telefónica a usuarios- Atención a clientes vía llamada para escalonar servicio- Levantamiento de tickets- Atención Telefónica a usuarios de los equipos- Seguimiento a casos hasta finalizar con el servicio al cliente- Apoyo en situaciones imprevistas, solución o conflictos- Respuesta a correos de clientes y equipos de trabajoSalario: $13,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Experiência:- Atención al cliente: 1año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial**Nível de educación deseada**:Media Superior**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Telecomunicaciones**Habilidades**:- customer service- ingles
