**PURPOSE/SCOPE**:To work in improvements all around the plant, and specifically in the deburring, parts washing processes and setup time for deep draw and stamping. Also implementing continuous improvement projects for automatization, cost reductions, line optimizations and parts handling devices.**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:1) Follow up on Continuous improvement projects.2) Parts Handling Process Automation implementation and surveillance.3) Automated Inspection Equipment process improvement.4) Improve efficiency in stamping processes setup times.5) Improve efficiency in the deburring process.6) Experiment design with parts washing to improve efficiency and establish standard work.7) Promote cost reduction in general operations.**REQUIRED EDUCATION**- Bachelor’s Degree**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:- At least 1 year as Process Engineer or more- Solid works, AutoCAD or similar- Cost analysis, taking of times, balancing processes- Lean tools ( SMED, Ishikawa, 5 whys, etc.)**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
