Then Emma is the right place for you.**What you´ll do**:- As part of the Global Performance Marketing team, you will oversee both the strategic and operational management of our digital marketing performance.- You’ll generate insights by gaining a deep understanding of our marketing channels, products, and customers across key and growth markets, focusing on maximizing marketing efficiency.- You will conduct data analysis on cross-channel performance and in-house attribution data, identifying fluctuations and developing optimization and testing plans.- You will collaborate closely with Country Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand & Communication, and Data teams, leading cross-team projects and using your performance marketing expertise to drive growth strategies.- You'll analyze the success of key markets to establish and share global best practices.**Who we´re looking for**:- You have 3+ years of relevant work experience, and have a degree in economics, marketing, or data analytics.- You are highly data-driven with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven problem-solving.- You’re a structured thinker with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and timelines effectively.- You have project management experience,successfully working with cross-functional teams to drive business results.- You bring a deep understanding of paid media with extensive expertise in key ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and CRM.- You have experience in developing full-funnel marketing strategies and understand marketing mix planning.**What we offer**:- A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.- The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.- Wellbeing activities- Hybrid home office policy- Flexible schedules- Pet-friendly office- Monthly salary + pantry & restaurant vouchers- Benefits higher than the law**Become an Emmie**Emma is transforming the world of sleep - **and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.**We want you.
