Currently, we are seeking to contract a highly skilled bilingual (SP/EN) Desktop Support Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Information Technology. We proudly offer the stability and security of a large publicly traded tech company without the rigidity and red tape.In particular, we offer:- Meaningful work with the potential to disrupt an entire industry- Visionary leadership- Access to cutting-edge tools and technologiesInnovative, intelligent, collaborative teammates**Responsabilidades**:**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IT support function for the LoJack Mexico office, managing one to two local Desktop Support Technicians.- Directly responsible for ensuring all IT policies and procedures are applied and adhered to in all matters concerning IT support.- Works closely with site leadership to ensure a high level of prompt, efficient support.- Provides hands-on expert desktop administration that includes workstation imaging, software installation, upgrades, maintenance and performance monitoring- Escalated IT support, troubleshooting complex and high-level desktop and end-user related issues- Installs, configures, and upgrades approved hardware, software, desk phones, softphones, corporate mobile devices and computer-related peripherals- Documents new procedures and information and updates current documentation- Assists in updating the IT desktop inventory list for all new/replacement and returned equipment.- On-call duty rotation as required.- Other duties as may be assigned.Calificaciones:Must Haves5+ Years extensive experience implementing, administering/supporting the following technologies:- Windows OS through Windows 10- Linux OS- MacOS- Knowledge and Experience with Networking technologies and concepts LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, DHCP/DNS- Desktop Imaging Software (Ghost, Dell Image Assist, CloneZilla, etc...)- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office through O365- iOS and Android Mobile Device administration and support- Enterprise printers/scanners- Label Printers- Executive-level support- Remote desktop management tools such as Kaseya or equivalent- Audiovisual and teleconferencing unified communications tools and related equipmentStrong Pluses- Experience with Help Desk Ticketing systems such as JIRA- Extensive Experience with Powershell, CLI- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network +, Mac OSX, Windows 10, Linux,- Involvement with company-wide deployments and/or migration effortsIf you are a talented Desktop Support Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience and an interest in the Internet of Things domain, we want to speak with you.
