If you’re excited to grow with a fast-paced team that values both people and progress, we’d love to hear from you**Responsibilities**:- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.- G the extra mile to engage customers to see that they have an enjoyable experience when working with you.- Punctuality.**Requirements**:Qualifications:- 3.5+ years of experience in technical support. Bonus is that you have experience in the automotive industry.- A great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.- Fluent English with a strong American accent is essential, as you’ll be interacting with a U.S. audience over the phone.- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.**Benefits**- Salary starting from $7 USD per hour. D.O.E.- Full or part-time positions available. Monday-Friday from 9 am-7 pm. 40 hours per week.
