Gerente de Tesorería treasury manager**Your new company**International Company form the paint and coating manufacture industry is looking for their new Treasury Manager.**Your new role**As a Treasury Manager your main responsibilities will be:To perform key treasury functions including financial risk management analysis, cash management, banking, and Foreign Exchange (FX). This will include the performance of cash management activities, supporting FX and interest rate risk mitigation strategies and working on ad hoc projects, including recurring and non-recurring transactions, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.- Responsible for Relationship with banks- Utilize global treasury systems and internal finance programs- Lead various regional treasury projects (such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Ecuador, Peru and Colombia)- Manage daily liquidity, execute funds movement transactions and control bank balances- Monitor and record daily liquidity requirements- Monitor the net foreign currency and interest rate exposure and recommend risk mitigation strategies**What you'll need to succeed***- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance- Monitor the net foreign curre- 8 to 10 years of work experience in a financial related role, at least three (3) years being in charge of Treasury processes.- Proficient in English, reading, writing and speaking- Skill set includes: leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, decision-making abilities, organizational skills, excellent (oral and written) communication skills, and a capability to work independently.- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment to implement process improvements.**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. #
