**Business Delivery Manager****Role purpose**Operates across a subset of Agile TeamsCoordinating delivery across all aspects of change across Agile Teams and in support of the Value Stream Lead**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- Support POs to understand impact of changes in backlog prioritization on delivery plan- Identify and manage delivery risks across a subset of Agile Teams- Manage budgeting and financial management- Support detailed business case definition and business change cost estimates- Drive sign-off of change management approvals (incl. Change Framework compliance, NFRs, Data Visa, Records Management, SOX, Data Management compliance)- Lead vendor onboarding across a subset of Agile Teams- Define business change delivery plan across a number of Agile Teams with markets (including market run ahead activities, Change & Implementation etc)- Support SVS reporting, including OKR tracking and management, and QBR with an increasing focus on “self-serve”- Identify and manage business risks across a number of Agile Teams and manage approvals via RMM, GRROC etc- Ensure Business QA informed of testing requirements / timelines & UAT timelines committed tORequirements- Experience of leading teams, supporting team development, capability uplift and performance management- Strong stakeholder management / Relationship Management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies**Functional Knowledge**- 5 year experience in Agile & Lean Frameworks, Change Management Framework & Project Management- Familiarity with key tools including Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, HIBS, Jira and Confluence- Proven track record in Operational, Planning or Financial management role**Others**- 5 years professional experience in a large Global organization preferably in an Transformation or IT department or shared service organization- Experience of working on a regional scale (i.e. across timezone & geography and with remote teams)- Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines- English Language proficiencyWe offer direct hiring by the bank, base salary,performance bonus, holiday bonus, life insurance, major medical expenses insurance, credits, discounts on bank products, active participation in sustainability/social responsibility programs, discounts in more than 9,000 establishments and a career plan according to your aspirations.At HSBC we are committed to building a culture where all employees and customers are valued regardless of their gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religious belief, background or any other different personal aspect.HSBC employees act by showing integrity with courage, standing firm in what is right.
