Únete a nuestro equipo como PMO Analyst | CDMX Reforma Funciones: Relevar, documentar y modelar procesos comerciales existentes y nuevos, utilizando herramientas de diagramación y buenas prácticas de mapeo. Participar en mesas de trabajo interfuncionales junto a equipos de negocio (producto, estrategia, tecnología, etc.) para entender las iniciativas que requieren implementación operativa. Colaborar activamente en la definición del proceso ideal, proponiendo soluciones que equilibren agilidad, claridad y factibilidad operativa para los equipos comerciales. Traducir iniciativas de negocio en instructivos, flujos o materiales que faciliten la correcta ejecución por parte de asesores comerciales. Detectar oportunidades de mejora en procesos existentes, priorizando la simplicidad y la eficiencia. Acompañar la implementación de los nuevos procesos y hacer seguimiento para asegurar su correcta adopción. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros equipos de la PMO y áreas operativas para coordinar implementaciones sin fricciones. 2 años de experiencia mínima en posiciones similares: PMO, Mejora continua Modelado de procesos (idealmente con conocimiento de BPMN o herramientas como Lucidchart, Draw.io, Bizagi). Metodologías de gestión de proyectos (ágiles y/o tradicionales). Documentación funcional y mapeo de flujos de trabajo. Conocimiento intermedio de Excel o Google Sheets (formulación, tablas dinámicas, gráficos). Familiaridad con bases de datos o herramientas de consulta de datos (nociones básicas de SQL). Valorable conocimiento en herramientas de visualización como Looker Studio, Power BI o similares.
