We believe and trust all our outstanding professionals and realize how special they are but what makes us even special is the family we have become through the years.We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Engineering Lead to drive the rethinking and implementation of an AI-driven approach to the entire software development lifecycle — from Discovery to Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment. This role will be responsible for identifying, integrating, and orchestrating best-in-class AI tools and platforms to streamline and optimize the SDLC processes, ensuring a seamless flow from requirements gathering to final deployment.**Key Responsibilities**:**Strategy & Roadmap Development**:Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for integrating AI into the SDLC.Develop a clear roadmap for tool selection, customization, and integration across discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment stages.**AI Tool Selection & Integration**:Evaluate and select AI tools and platforms that can be seamlessly integrated to automate various stages of the SDLC.Identify opportunities to stitch existing tools and platforms for end-to-end AI-driven workflows.**Technical Leadership**:Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI-driven SDLC solutions.Develop and implement best practices for leveraging AI in requirement analysis, user story generation, design prototyping, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices in AI and software engineering.**Hands-on Development**:Work closely with development teams to implement AI models, APIs, and automation scripts.Develop proof of concepts (POCs) to validate AI integration points and measure effectiveness.**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure alignment on requirements, deliverables, and timelines.Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to upskill the engineering team in AI tools and frameworks.**Data-Driven Insights**:Implement AI-driven analytics to monitor and optimize development velocity, code quality, and testing coverage.Develop dashboards to provide visibility into the effectiveness of AI tools and automation processes.**Risk Management & Quality Assurance**:Identify potential risks in AI integrations and develop mitigation strategies.Implement robust testing frameworks to validate AI-driven outputs and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.**Key Skills & Qualifications**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI-driven workflows.Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions across the SDLC.Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GPT, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other LLM frameworks.Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and modern cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into existing development toolsets (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git, Slack).Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on engineering best practices.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.Why Join Us?Opportunity to redefine how software development is executed using cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks.Lead high-impact projects that transform the entire SDLC process, from discovery to deployment.Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and shape the future of AI-driven engineering practices.The Ksquare Group does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
