**_Proprofit is a fast-growing team is in search of an IT MANAGER to work with us on site in Tijuana._****_**_- *_***_Responsibilities: _**- Set objectives and strategies for the IT department- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits- Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience- Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization- Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers- Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance- Direct and organize IT-related projects- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage- Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions**_Requirements and skills: _**- Proven work experience as an IT manager or relevant experience- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.- Experience in data center management and data governance.- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.- Ability to manage staff- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field- Bilingual (English 90%)- Schedule: _- Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm but with full availabilityTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $14,000.00 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- What is your percentage of spoken english?- How many years of experience do you have as IT?
