**_What our Product Operations Analyst will do:_**- Carries out department tasks according to established procedures and guidelines.- Reviews customer specific inventory programs, including but not limited to Cut Reel, Supplier/Customer site agreements, and TTI Family of Company programs. Review and analyze system-generated purchasing report daily to support customer specific needs, and overall inventory strategies.- Ensures timely and accurate data entry, maintains records, and assists in preparing buys to the supplier.- Processes supplier stock rotations/scrap in a timely and accurate manner by working closely with both Operations and the Product Department.- Establishes and maintains effective business rapport with suppliers ensuring all aspects of the rotation transactions are handled in a professional, ethical, and timely manner resulting in TTI being viewed as the distributor of choice.- Assists with the analysis and resolution of ship and debit rejects.- Responsible for system maintenance and mass data updates.- Identifies and escalates process discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.- Will assist team members with routine tasks and contribute to maintaining an organized workflow.- Performs other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.**What we look for**:- Professional Degree in business administration, logistics or supply chain related required.- Exhibits analytical, mathematical and problem solving ability with an inquisitivenature.- Possesses strong organizational, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.- Possesses good verbal and written communication skills- Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to effectively collaborate with avariety of internal departments.**What we offer our team members**:- 12 vacation days after the first year.- 30 days Christmas bonus.- Major Medical coverage, Employee and dependent coverage are available at no cost.- Food Vouchers- Life Insurance coverage is company paid.- Ongoing training throughout your employment with opportunities to participate in professional and personal development programs- Great culture and opportunities for growth and advancement.Want to learn more?
