Working closely with the Brand Manager, this role helps define brand architecture, innovation strategy, and long-term portfolio planning. The analyst will also own and drive four key end-to-end processes, using data and insights to fuel smart decision-making and unlock growth opportunities.**Your Impact**As Brand Mktg Analyst your responsibilities would consist of1. **Strategic Brand Support**:partner with Brand Manager to develop and refine brand strategy, architecture, and positioning for BFY portfolio: Natuchips, Popcorners and more.2.** Innovation Pipeline Development**: support the creation and evaluation of innovation concepts, from consumer insight gathering to business case modeling and launch tracking.3. **Portfolio analysis & insights**:analyze category trends, competitive landscape, and brand performance to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. (Microstrategy, Nielsen, ISCAM, Kantar, BBE, etc.)4. **End-to-End Process Ownership: l**ead and manage four key cross-functional processes, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and results delivery. (DF, SAP code generation, price workflows, commercial cataloging, product samples, etc.5. **Translate data and insights** into actionable recommendations, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative analysis.6. **Dep understanding of P&L**:work hand in hand with finance and revenue management teams to deploy attractive value equations that ensure cost reduction & profitability for BFY portfolio.7. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with Excite, R&D, Sales, Insights, Finance, Revenue Management, Supply, Import/Export, Design, Media, etc. and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution.8. **Consumer & Market Understanding**: Stay attuned to evolving consumer needs, health & wellness trends, and macro forces shaping the category.9. **Communication & Storytelling**: Create compelling presentations and strategic narratives to drive alignment across internal stakeholders and senior leadership.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Experience****Key Skills**:- **Strategic Thinking**: ability to understand and contribute to long-term brand and portfolio strategy in a dynamic, trend-driven category.- **Analytical & quantitative skills**: proficient in synthesizing data from various sources (e.g., Nielsen/Kantar, BBE, financials) to drive insight-led decisions.- ** Project management**: experience managing or coordinating complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution.- **Consumer & market insight**: ability to interpret consumer research and translate trends into brand and innovation opportunities.- **Collaboration & communication**:strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across marketing, R&D, sales, and finance teams.- **Business Acumen**:solid understanding of P&L levers, growth drivers, and the commercial impact of brand decisions.- **Presentation & storytelling skills**:comfortable creating and delivering clear, persuasive presentations to stakeholders at various levels.- **Curiosity & proactivity**: self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to challenge assumptions and push strategic thinking forward.- **Experience level**: 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, or a related field—ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or wellness-oriented industries.Differentiating competencies:- **Collaboration**:works effectively with cross-functional teams, values diverse perspectives, and fosters a spirit of partnership.- **Communication**:clear, concise, and compelling in both written and verbal communication (spanish & english)- Emotional intelligence: demonstrates self-awareness, empathy, and tact when navigating team dynamics or providing feedback.- ** Critical thinking**:challenges
