We are currently seeking a Business Consulting Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). NTT DATA's Corporate Development team partners with the executive leadership to identify, structure, and execute merger and acquisition opportunities supporting our broader corporate strategy. We are seeking an outstanding Corporate Development Analyst to help build our team. The role requires someone highly analytical with strong financial acumen, capable of working in a fast-paced and changing environment. This position offers high exposure across all organizational levels and is key to our growth strategy. Responsibilities include: Develop detailed financial analyses and valuation reports of potential acquisition targets. Support the due diligence process to ensure timely information review and management reporting. Collaborate with team members on strategic assessments and problem-solving. Prepare materials for Investment Committee and Board presentations. Monitor post-acquisition performance and support growth realization reporting. Basic Requirements: To support NTT DATA Services’ growth, candidates should demonstrate: Experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or related roles with a focus on transactions. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including valuation methodologies. Solid understanding of financial statements: Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Profit & Loss. A desire to develop into a skilled M&A professional capable of leading processes. Ability to analyze market data for trends and opportunities. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform complex, impactful analyses globally. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools. Basic Experience Requirements: Over 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance (valuation focus), Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related.
