**Responsibilities**- Research and analyze new technologies that allow driving the key business objectives in automation and analytics terms. DICE- Establish relationships with internal and external business partners (IT, IC COE Latam, IA COE, NASS), to realize synergies and achieve the objectives. DCE- Support the digital transformation in SSC identifying and implementing automation and analytics process opportunities. DC- Lead automation and Analytics capability development through correspondent training strategy.- Design the automation and analytics strategy for implementation annual program to SSC ensuring the productivity goals. DICE- Develop work teams motivated, committed, and focused on achieve the objectives. DIE- Identify and prioritize business cases for RPA solutions in all SSC areas. IE- Ensure the RPAs Governance Global model compliance according to PepsiCo policy and standards.- Provide periodic updates to Senior Management on Automation and Analytics agenda. DIC**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or a related Analytical field- +5 years of solid experience analyzing selecting and implementing disrupting technologies: RPAs, Analytics, Intelligence Automation, Cognitive computing, Predictive Analytics Models, dashboarding implementation.- Solid understanding of Project Implementation methodologies (Scrum- agile, IT)- +4 years of experience leading teams- Fluent English speaker required- +3 years on solid knowledge on automation technologies (UiPath, Tableau, Visual Basic- +3 years of experience using, Power BI, H20, RStudio, Tableau, SAP Hanna Modeler, Ceolins
