That's our story. Make it your story. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: - Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork. - Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary. - Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations. - Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.**Qualifications for the role**:- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial or similar engineering.- 2 to 3 years in similar positions.- Obligatory knowledge of SAP required.- Management of all manufactured material is reflected in SAP.- Material management in SAP.- Experience in metal transformation process and/or material warehouse.- Experience to lead operation crews.- Microsoft office.- Knowledge in lean manufacturing tools.- Control raw material inventories.- Intermediate level of English.**What's in it for you?**:- Enjoy a supportive and solution driven team environment- Coaching and mentoring from senior leaders and colleagues- Feel empowered: take ownership and drive exciting results in your scope of action**Benefits**:- Retirement plan- Life insurance- Accident insurance- Paid and Unpaid leave opportunities- Wellbeing program- Dental insurance.- Flex days.- Employee Assistance Program (PAE).- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF).**More about us**:
