This role includes providing technical support to manufacturing plants in Mexico and the U.S., ensuring successful design implementation.**Who are we looking for**:**What you´ll do**:- Design new temperature sensor products in compliance with client requirements and international standards.- Generate and maintain technical documentation (drawings, specifications, BOMs).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the implementation of new designs or improvements.- Provide technical support to production lines in Mexico and the U.S.- Participate in failure analysis and propose solutions.- Coordinate validation testing and thermal performance analysis.What´s required to succeed in the role- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Design, or related field.- At least 1 year of experience in sensor or electronic device design.- Knowledge of temperature measurement principles (RTDs, thermocouples, thermistors, etc.)- Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.- (preferred) Familiarity with industrial standards (ASTM, IEC, ISO) related to temperature sensors.- Advanced English (written and verbal technical communication with international teams).- Experience in product validation, lab testing, and technical documentation.- Understanding of manufacturing, materials, and thermal processes is highly preferred.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Experience with DFMEA.**Note**: Valid passport and visa required for travel.**Skills required**:- Analytical thinking- Effective communication- Results-oriented- Teamwork and technical leadership- Proactivity and ease of working autonomously- Responsibility**Prestaciones**: El plan de compensación total WatlowTu salud, el bienestar y estabilidad financiera tuyos y de tu familia son una prioridad para nosotros.
