KECH Development, an international real estate development company headquartered in New York City is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs and graphics for various projects, including digital and print materials. Responsibilities. Develop visually appealing and creative designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.**Responsabilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual concepts.- Utilize graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience.- Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and devices, providing a seamless user experience.- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices, incorporating fresh ideas into your work.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within given deadlines.- Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure designs meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.- Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines and adapt design styles as needed.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with team members and clients.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.**Job Type**: Part-timePart-time hours: 20 per week**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
