You will also have access to our Research and Development Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.**About the role**:Execution of Packaging Projects, which emcompass Design, Development and Implement Packaging Materials, taking the leadership of the projects.It emcompasses also Protocols for line trials and technical reports writing as well as Specifications elaboration and solving packaging issues.**Your responsibilities**:- Design, Develop and Implement packaging materials for gross margin improvement projects and new initiative- Develop packaging test in co-packers and MJ packaging lines / Development of packaging tests protocols, test documentation and technical reports.- Development of draft packaging material specifications (local and regional), associated drawings and packaging procedural specifications.- Should have knowledge of artwork and design, as he/she will be involved in artwork approval process and will have contact with material suppliers as well as with designers.- Identify new packages, materials or technologies to develop them as enablers to drive cost savings, packaging value propositions for consumers and/or core renovation initiatives, while capable of gaining support to move through a projects life cycle.- Successfully manage and deliver against performance metrics by working through the direct reporting team, as well as cross-functional partners in the packaging value chain.- Work together with QS to ensure new suppliers qualifications meet quality requirements, support the operation / quality to identify root cause analysis of quality issues related to pack materials / suppliers.- Regional Support to Packaging quality probelms.- Ensure the proper implementation of tests for packaging projects and quality for developed packgaing materials.**The experience we're looking for**:- Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Design / Packaging engineer - Any engineering- Packaging Materials Production, Properties, Design and Implementation (cans, films, corrugates, cartons, injection, labels) Food Packaging Interaction Microsoft / Palletizing Software TOPS- Packaging Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in the field, capable of developing and leading technical conversations in English with crossfunctional teams in the US. Able to implement, design and develop packaging materials.
