**Descripción de Puesto****Posición****Sector /Departamento**- Líder de Calidad- Calidad**Expectativas/ Responsabilidades/ Descripción de Puesto**- Apoya al departamento de calidad en el mantenimiento y actualización de la documentación controlada.- Registra datos estadísticos utilizando procedimientos de calidad para ayudar a determinar y mantener la calidad y confiabilidad de los productos.- Puede elaborar reportes de discrepancia de productos.- Verifica la efectividad de las acciones preventivas o correctivas derivadas de las desviaciones del producto o proceso.- Realiza auditorías a Kit List, DHR’s, Documentos de Inspección, Dibujos, Especificaciones y documentación controlada aplicable.- Realiza auditorías a los procesos de producción para verificar que cumplan con los planes de calidad y las actividades señaladas en la matriz de control de proceso.- Participa en la actualización de técnicas de inspección y control de procesos. Prepara e implementa en conjunto con Ingeniería de calidad muestras de referencia para inspección cosmética que serán utilizadas por inspectores y/o operadores.- Recibe instrucciones y especificaciones del supervisor y los transmite a otros trabajadores dentro de un grupo o línea específica.- Puede realizar actividades relativas al inspector de calidad.**Educación/ Experiência/ Habilidades Requeridas****Educación**: Preparatoria Terminada (Deseable).**Experiência**: Mínimo 1 año en el área de calidad y manejo de grupos.**Idiomas**: Inglés básico (comprensión de instrucciones sencillas)**Conocimiento Especializado**: FDA, ISO 13485.
