We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Desarrollador Backend P3** to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for backend development and possess the requisite skills, we invite you to explore this opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch software solutions.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain robust backend systems using **Typescript**, **Node.js**, and AWS technologies, including **AWS Lambda**.- Collaborate with team members to create microservices architectures, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.- Manage data storage solutions by implementing database technologies such as SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) effectively.- Engage in code reviews and maintain best practices in software development, guiding junior developers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Work within a Scrum/Kanban framework, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals.**REQUIREMENTS**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology,** or a related field.- A minimum of **6 years of professional experience in backend development with a strong emphasis on Typescript.**:- Proven experience (5 years) in developing backend solutions with **Node.js,.NET, Java, or Python**.- Solid understanding of designing and implementing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.- Proficient in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, leveraging containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.- Proficient in using Git for version control and accustomed to working within agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).**Skills and Attributes**:- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams.- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines.- A commitment to written and verbal communication excellence in English and Spanish.**Benefits**:KLB offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:- Hybrid work.- Health insurance coverage.- Professional development opportunities, including workshops and training.- A collaborative and innovative work environment.**Why Join KLB?**:At KLB, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
