Oversees the storage, handling, and distribution of goods, ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes. The role involves managing inventory levels, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and optimizing space utilization to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Additionally, the manager is responsible for maintaining safety and compliance within the warehouse, as well as working closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met and products are delivered on time.**Responsibilities**:- **Inventory Management**: Ensure accurate tracking of stock, goods received, and products dispatched using systems like **Zoho CRM**. Implement robust inventory management techniques, including FIFO and Just-in-Time, to reduce stockouts and excess inventory.- **Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Use platforms like **Easyship** to track shipments and communicate efficiently across warehouse locations.- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on incoming inventory, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and evaluating product quality. Maintain consistent communication with suppliers for discrepancy resolution.- **Staff Training and Management**: Develop training programs focused on operational efficiency, safety, and technology integration for warehouse personnel. Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring staff performance meets expectations.- **Warehouse Optimization**: Maximize space utilization by optimizing the layout of the warehouse and implementing efficient storage solutions to reduce costs and improve productivity.- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Work closely with **Purchase**, **Fulfillment**, and **Quality Control** departments to streamline processes and align warehouse operations with company goals.**Requirements**:- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in logistics and production.- Experience in managing warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.- Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus, as well as knowledge of the production process and handling of cosmetic products.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory, shipments, and documentation.- Knowledge of logistics processes and the ability to coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.- Good spoken and written English skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages with internal teams and external suppliers.- Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physically demanding tasks as needed.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**Location**: Main Office at Plaza Marina, Marina Vallarta.**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM**Salary Range**: MXN 10,000 - MXN 12,000 Gross monthly (based on experience)**Benefits**: Full Mexican payroll benefitsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Experiência en logística: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
