This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered within the established scope, time, and budget.**Responsibilities**:- **Project Planning**: Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, required resources, and budgets.- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate software development teams, ensuring effective collaboration among team members.- **Resource Management**: Allocate appropriate resources for each project, including personnel, time, and budget, and oversee their efficient use.- **Quality Control**: Ensure high standards of quality in software development by implementing quality control processes and conducting regular testing.- **Communication**: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, development team, and other relevant departments.- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may affect project success, anticipate issues, and take preventive measures.- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the original plan, and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.- **Scope Management**: Control and manage changes in project scope, evaluating their impact on time, cost, and quality.- **Deadline Compliance**: Ensure that projects are delivered within established deadlines, identifying and addressing potential delays proactively.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in managing software development projects. (1 year)- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.- Leadership skills and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferable.- Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations, and consulting skills in the English language.**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
