This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and technical skills to execute successful campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.**Key Responsibilities****Campaign Planning and Execution**:- Design digital advertising strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.**Social Media Strategy**:- Develop and manage content strategies for social media, including publication calendars, engagement campaigns, and community management.- Optimize the brand's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.**Content Creation**:- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually and verbally compelling content that resonates with the target audience.- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and goals.**Analysis and Reporting**:- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns and social media activities using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.- Translate data into actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.**Budget Optimization**:- Manage advertising budgets, maximizing ROI by optimizing campaigns and bidding strategies.**A/B Testing**:- Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize ads and social media posts, improving overall performance.**Publishing Calendar Management**:- Develop and oversee a content calendar, ensuring regular, consistent postings across all platforms.**Event and Campaign Support**:- Assist in planning and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows as part of broader marketing efforts.- Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and provide marketing collateral.**Technical Expertise**:- Leverage advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads) and analytics tools to drive results.**Key Skills and Attributes**:- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, social media management tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Notion).- Ability to think innovatively and develop unique solutions to challenges.- Strong ability to analyze metrics, interpret data, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.- Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating compelling content and fostering collaboration.**Requirements**:- 2-3 years of experience as Marketing Specialist, with a proven track record of managing and executing advertising campaigns.- Strong expertise in PPC platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing management, including overseeing social media strategies and content creation.- Strong creative and writing skills with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook) are advantageous.**Remote Work Requirements**:- A minimum of two monitors for optimal productivity.- A quiet and dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.- A reliable, high-speed internet connection for smooth communication and task execution.**Education**- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.Pay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
