**Aufgaben**:- Position Goal:- Develop soft and hard skills into the controlling and credit risk team.- Responsible for the consolidation of financial statements to business group (regionally and HQ).- Control and management of G&A budget.- Ensure proper reporting to all correspondent departments to understand company performance and drive business decisions.- Overall coordination of annual budget and rolling forecast update; monthly comments on business performance (growth delivery, P&L performance, variance analysis, etc.).- Sales finance controller (portfolio forecast, pricing, RoRAC by segment, etc.).- Pricing elements control and management to ensure profitability along growth to the organization.- Assets and Liabilities management to provide ad hoc information to the correspondent departments and to ensure proper refinancing strategy to waterfall into company profitability.- Liquidity risk exposures analysis to achieve global cash flow targets.- Administration and management of corporate credit cards.- Portfolio monitoring (e.g. analyses of the specific risk of the portfolio, explain risk trends)- Communicate findings out of the portfolio analyses and suggest measures to improve the risk situation- Ensure adequate credit reserves- Responsible for implementing risk initiatives- Responsible for conducting Risk Management meetings**Responsibilities**:- Manage the correct generation of financial reports for the Americas Region, the Local Board of Management and other users- Support gathering information for Ad Hoc reports required within finance and general manager- Annual preparation of the finance planning within the respective departments- G&A management and reduction through strategic projects- Sales controlling providing tools for the commercial team to ensure profitability- Provide analysis of the generated information submitted to the relevant forums- ALM analysis, forecasting and challenging to get the best rates in the markets- Ensure adequate credit reserves- Portfolio monitoring (e.g. analyses of the specific risk of the portfolio, explain risk trends)**Qualifikationen**:- Profile:- 1. Bachelor of administrative economic area (preferably accounting, finance or actuary). MBA (desired)- 2. Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) German (desired)- 3. Working Experience- Database management through multidimensional cubes (EssBase, TM1, etc.).- Preparation of financial reports (P&L, balance sheet & cash flow)- Financial products management- 5 years of experience in finance planning and controlling departments- 3 years of experience in reserves under IFRS 9 methodology0. Technical knowledge- Knowledge of IFRS- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP & OLAP cubes- Project management through digital tools- Advanced knowledge of financial products- Basic knowledge of SAS
