**FUNCIONES**- Diseño y gestión de las comunicaciones comerciales, de gestión y engagement. Modelos de comunicación y ciclos de seguimiento de acuerdo al propósito de la estrategia comercial y objetivo journey. Definición de canales de acuerdo a objetivo y audiencia- Diseñar los journeys de comunicación comercial, de campañas de marketing y transaccionales- Coordinar la aprobación del comité evaluador de journeys- Construir el plan de trabajo para el deployment de los journeys y comunicación a clientes- Relización workflows y funnels de comunicación- Gestión de las creatividades de los journyes y del equipo de diseño de marketing automation (Artes, Plantillas HTML/AMP Script - Landings, Copies SMS, Inventario de artes, creatividades/ headers preheaders)- Coordinar y controlar en deployment de journeys y de comunicación a clientes (SMS, mail, Push)- Generación de los resultados, definición contenidos por journeys- Gestión de equipos de trabajo de analista de mkt automation y diseñadores y priorización de actividades- Coordinación con equipo de CI, TI, operaciones para lograr los objetivos.- Análisis del Tracking de Marketing cloud, dashboards para implementar acciones de mejora a los journeys- Feedback al advisory y delivery team con base en los resultados de analíticos- Generación de los resultados, definición contenidos por journeys. Identificación oportunidades y seguimiento de mejoras**Capacidades**- Priorización de actividades- Gestión de equipos de trabajo- Manejo de ruta y cronogramas de trabajo- Diseño y gestión de journeys en salesforce- Dinamizar Marketing Cloud automation por canales,- Diseño de journeys extendidos (RR.DD, Web, Apps,.)- **REQUISITOS**:- Licenciatura ó experiência equivalente a Ingenieria Industrial, MKT, ó un campo relacionado- Deseables: HTML / AMP Script, Google Analytics Gestión de equipos de trabajo Inglés intermedio- 5 años gestión comercial- Experiência mínima de dos años en la plataforma Salesforce Marketing cloud en la Integración y mapeo de interacciones con el flujo, la comunicación y canal correcto.- Experiência con el desarrollo y seguimiento comercial por segmento cliente Experiência / ceritficación Adminitrador Salesforce MKTCloudTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $58,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Horario flexible- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
