We foster an environment of learning and innovation, where every team member has a voice and can actively participate in shaping our projects and processes.You will report to the Manager of Engineering, who is dedicated to supporting your professional growth while fostering a culture of trust and open communication. Our work setup is primarily on-site, with a requirement to come into the office a minimum of three days a week. This allows for effective collaboration and team bonding.**Your Role**- Design, develop, and maintain Python libraries for automation purposes.- Python backend API development for dev prod tools and services.- Collaborate with various component teams to understand their automation needs and integrate the developed libraries.- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.- Ensure the quality and reliability of the automation libraries through thorough testing and validation.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase.- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in automation and Python development.**What You Will Bring**- Proven experience in Python programming and library development.- Looking for experienced professionals (4+) years of experience.- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with REST, SDK testing.**Work Arrangement**Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
