S/he reports to the senior LES, an FSN-9, and is reviewed by the Deputy NIV chief. S/he provides a range of NIV services, including screening incoming documentation, capturing applicant photos and fingerprints, verifying passport and applicant data in the NIV system, printing visas, providing quality assurance of laser visas and Lincoln foils, maintaining accurate files, and responding to visa-related public inquiries. Procedures are standard and policies are clearly defined.**Qualifications and Evaluations**:- Requirements:- Education Requirements:Completion of high school or equivalent.- Evaluations:**LANGUAGE**:Good Working Knowledge English and Spanish is required. (This may be tested)**To meet the English and Spanish language requirement for this position**:Alternatively, if you already happen to have them**, you may submit English and Spanish test results that are less than 5 years old.- For (Good working knowledge) English you may submit test results from TOEIC Listening & Reading (Min. score is 780), TOEFL ITP (Min. score is 540), TOEFL IBT (Min. score is 72), IELTS (Min. score is 6.5), Cambridge (Min. score is B2), Duolingo (Min. score is 90), or FSI/ILR (Min. score is 2).
