**Vacante para la empresa Necodex en Colonia Modelo -Hermosillo, Sonora**:**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.- To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.- To inform potential clients of the company's products and services.- To use company databases to gain potential leads.- To input and maintain guest information onto the company database.- To ensure guest satisfaction at all times.- To deal with telephone queries.- Deal with clients professionally at all times in a way that aligns with our brand values.- To ensure service is prompt, polite, and professional standards are kept.**What you'll need to apply**:- Conversational English skills- At least 1 year of experience as a call center agent (it's a plus if you've been a lead generation agent)- Can do attitude- Availability to work on-site- Schedule availability to work in a full-time schedule for 5 days per week- Experience as a customer service, lead generation or sales call center agent**We offer**:- $15,000 MXN pesos after taxes per month ($3,500 weekly after taxes)- Monthly commissions- All law benefits- 5 working days x 2 rest days- Possible growth within a new company in town**Nível de educación deseada**:Media Superior**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Hospital y Cuidados de la Salud**Habilidades**:- ingles- call center- back office support- customer service- sales
