**PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS LINK**:This is a full-time position. You’ll be part of 8020REI's Data and Research Department. The work schedule is from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.As a Data Analyst, you're responsible for managing several databases; this includes identifying, analyzing, reporting, and fixing data-related problems in complex data sets.(No coding or programming involved)Some specific data we're trying to mine are real estate-related information and indicators, such as:Interpret data, analyze results and create reports as needed.Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Filter, “clean”, and process/format data as needed by the company.Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.You will also be expected to do tasks related to researching and processing data.These are the qualities we are looking for:- Detail-orientedness- Analytical skills- Excellent reading comprehension- Excel/ Google sheet proficiency is a plus.- Computer know-how is a plus.- Business English both written and verbal.- High accountability.There is plenty of room for growth in our company once you join the team.
