Location : Escobedo, N.L. Schedule : Full-time We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with experience in the plastic injection industry, focused on process efficiency, technological innovation, and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for implementing and supervising projects that ensure the plant's quality, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute time and motion studies. Implement and improve quality control, inventory, plant layout, and packaging processes. Design and document work instructions and efficiency standards. Ensure compliance with ISO : , ISO : , and IATF standards. Promote safety, order, and cleanliness practices (6S's). Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and cost optimization projects. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (completed). Advanced English. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the plastic injection molding industry . Intermediate-advanced skills in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of ERP systems. Familiarity with Core Tools. Key Competencies & Skills : Leadership, effective communication, and results orientation.
