**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5001: Carrier - Plant A, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**Primary Responsibilities**- Lead Carrier’s to execute the full product development and deployment for Logistics platforms, having a global scope and broad ownership of DT consultants, integrators, and developers to achieve the project key dates defined by project stakeholders.- Walk backwards the internal customer requirements to ensure the Logistics platforms meets the expected deliverables from a qualitative and quantitative perspectives.- Transform the initiative requirements provide by the Business Supply Chain COE into detailed story requirements.- Work closely with Integration COE, ERP COE, DT Factory COE, and scrum teams to refine and review the stories in preparation to sprints.- Influence product backlog prioritization to optimize the customer outcomes.- Ensure that the scrum team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on- Provide direction to the Agile scrum team and stakeholders throughout the sprints.- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.- Provide SME (Subject Matter Expertise) as DT technical resource for customer consultations and initial customer deployments.- Provide input, guidance, and influence on business to drive Logistics platforms branding and change management strategy.- Expand the product capabilities and the product scale to the brand global carrier footprint while dealing with multiple ERP brands (modern and legacy).**Education / Certifications**- Bachelor’s degree from a world-class school in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.- Master’s degree in applicable discipline highly desired.- Agile Product Owner and/or Scrum Master certified as well as “on the job” experience.- Lean / Six Sigma black belt certification (desired)**Experience**- Proven experience on Logistics product implementations for large scale regional / global environments- 5 years of IT experience within Logistics Digital Systems Implementation like Transportation Management System - TMS, Warehouse Management System - WMS, Yard Management System - YMS, etc.- 5 years of Experience working under Agile, SCRUM and Product Management environments.- 5 years of experience in strategic products implementations for large scale / complex global environments.- Minimum of 5-10 years of digital or software product experience including experience in product management and/or product owner role- Pre-existing experience and/or demonstrated aptitude for learning digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.**Other Skills**- Self-motivated to innovate. Critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and adaptability**Other requirements**- Fluent spoken and written English is required.- Willing to travel internationally (up to 33%)- ** Willing to deal with multicultural, multilingual, and multiple time zone, global environments.**:**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
