The Treasury Manager will take ownership of the company’s treasury function, including overseeing cashflow forecasting, cash management, banking, debt, investments and FX, in a complex multi‑currency and multi‑entity setting. This position will offer you the ability to develop new processes and participate in finance transformation initiatives. What you’ll do Management of cash forecasts to support liquidity analysis and investment strategy Responsible for debt management, and compliance requirements Analyze and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities Organize and execute cash transfers ensuring adequate liquidity is maintained Manage company’s multiple banking relationships and bank accounts including account openings / closings, online bank portal management, KYC and onboarding Assist with projects to improve automation Approve and manage payments through various banking portals and exchange currency Supervise periodic journal entries for banking activities Provide value added analysis on ah‑hoc projects as required What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field At least 5 years of global treasury experience Detail oriented with a strong bias for action and ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues Ability to cultivate strong cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with management and business partners Quick learner that is technically competent, analytical, and methodical who takes full responsibility for all tasks assigned and sees them through to completion Strong Excel / G‑sheet skills Good to have CTP Experience of technology startups or large complex organizations with multi‑currency and multi‑entity setting Experience with Netsuite Knowledge and experience with Treasury Management System You’ll also need A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one) Fluent English language skills How we work together at Oyster Our values guide the work we do, the decisions we make, and the culture that makes us special.
