Hogarth México está buscando Production Manager Statics para convertirse en el principal vínculo de comunicación entre dos de las agencias más importantes de la industria. Funciones Gestionar los proyectos según las necesidades del cliente para algunas de las marcas más importantes de México y LATAM. Realizar el seguimiento de todos los proyectos. Tener buen servicio al cliente y alto nível de negociación en especial durante temporadas altas de trabajo. Garantizar la calidad de todos los proyectos. Asegurar que todos los proyectos estén alineados al workflow y procesos internos. Asegurar que clientes / stakeholders estén alineados al workflow y procesos internos. Alta capacidad de resolución de problemas / conflictos mediante soluciones comerciales o de producción. Comunicación directa con diferentes stakeholders asociados a los proyectos : directores de cuentas, directores creativos, productores ejecutivos y clientes directos. Gestionar los presupuestos, cotizaciones y parte administrativa de los proyectos. Asegurar que todos los proyectos estén dentro del presupuesto. Ser el responsable del ciclo completo de los proyectos asegurando la calidad a su entrega. Manejo de los assets para los proyectos con áreas internas. Gestionar los presupuestos, cotizaciones y parte administrativa de los proyectos. Apoyar al Head of Prduction Management en la gestión de información de clientes y elaboración de informes. Asegurar la gestión y entrega en tiempo y forma. Requisitos Comunicación, Mercadotecnia, Publicidad o afín. Mínimo 8 años en gestión completa de proyectos y contacto con el cliente. Experiência en gestión y servicio de diversas cuentas. Experiência en producción de TV, medios impreso y digital o en áreas de cuentas como Director o Account Manager Senior. Manejo de Paquetería Office (Excel - Hojas de Cálculo). Capacidad numérica y conocimientos financieros medios. Conocimiento de flujos de post producción, producción de impresos y producción digital. Orientado al cliente. Excelente manejo de tiempo y autogestión. Orientado al detalle. Comunicación efectiva. Haber tenido gente a cargo. Haber trabajado en agencia (Preferentemente). Tolerancia a la frustración y ambigüedad. Conocimiento en Diseño Editorial Inglés avanzado - excelente dominio del idioma hablado / escrito (Se hará entrevista en inglés).
