You'll be most welcome hereAs an CPO at RappiPay your primary goal is to lead and facilitate product management teams to ensure they are creating products that deliver value to both the user and the business. To do this, you must align the needs and goals of both the product and the company.We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join RappiPay to help facilitate us taking our retail financial products to the next level. This role will serve as the functional head of our product function across the company.**What you'll be doing**:- Hiring great product owners at scale- Ensuring all our retail and business products are implementing our latest standards across the organisation- Understanding user behaviour, and market trends, and aligning all product owners on these- Managing the performance of all product owners- Ensuring that our product becomes industry leading**What you'll need**:- 10+ years experience as product owner (individual contributor)- 3+ years experience as head of product (leading multiple product teams)- 5+ years start-up experienceA never ending drive to make products better- From employee 1 to employee 1000, you will be slotting into a multi-national team that shares a number of traits. You can work autonomously and take ownership. We thrive with the space and responsibility to solve problems.- You operate best without lots of bureaucracy. We don’t hide behind fancy job titles or clunky processes ‘because that’s how things are done’.- You approach work in a logical way.
