Your tasksCoordinate the development of prototype tooling and manufacturing process for new projects of speed and position sensors as well as washers systems during prototype stages: ESS (engine speed sensors) / TSS (transmission speed sensors) / WSS (wheel speed sensors) / CPS (chassis position sensors) / WHS (washers systems).Manage internal and external resources by following the internal prototypes procedure and ensuring project milestones are kept.Make sure process inputs and outputs occur on time and with desired quality. Guide R&D, PjM, Validations and Quality teams for prototypes topics (deviations, resources availability, tooling/process design review).**Profile**:Bachelor in Mechanics, Mechatronics or similar engineering.- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).- Core tools: DFMEA / CP/ SPC.- CAD: Catia, Solidworks or similar (no Autocad).- Problem solving: 8D´s / A3- Knowledge on: Injection moldtools and plastic injection process.- Probability and statistics: DoE (Design of experiments).- Kanban.- Microsoft project or similar.- MS officeDesirable:- 1 year experience in similar position.- Knowledge in automotive manufacturing methods: crimping, resistance welding, assemblies by pneumatic systems, drilling, erosion.- Maintenance (preventive and corrective).- Leadership skills.- Negotiation skills.- TPM.- 5S.**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
