No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs****Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**As a Payable Supervisor, one will manage PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) Invoice management teams to execute work planning on proper and timely manner, ensure metrics achievement, issues escalations, etc. The PFNA Payables Supervisor will act as focal point for Fleet Directors & Sector for issues escalations; connect with upstream and downstream process teams, to ensure invoices are processed and vendors are paid on time and Provide support to business and finance on fleet expense processing.**Your Impact**As a** PFNA Payables Supervisor **your responsibilities would consist of:- Acting as focal point for Fleet & L&DT Directors & Sector for issues escalations.- Connecting with upstream and downstream process teams, to ensure invoices are processed and vendors are paid on time.- Providing support to business and finance on fleet expense processing.- Ensuring service is delivered on time, with high quality results, achieving KPI’s, SLA’s.- Responsible for communication and change management for stakeholders.- Leads and ensures compliance of invoice processing.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor’s in Engineering with experience in Finance**Experience**- Advanced English level (writing and speaking) due to the interaction with USA Teams.- 3+ years of experience coordinator- Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.- Software Knowlegde: Office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)- Availability to Travel to USA**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
