**Empresa de domótica busca**:**CUSTOMER SERVICE****PERFIL**Experiência en dar solución en la llamada al cliente y gestionar las incidencias correspondientes del motivo de la llamada, canalizar la llamada con las áreas correspondientes y/o involucradas para la solución del requerimiento.Contar con cartas de recomendación o constancias laboralesSalario: $15,000 libres de impuesto al mes + bono por ventaPrestaciones de leyZona Laborar: ISB Parque Industrial, San Bartolomé Coatepec, Huixquilucan.Jornada laboral: lunes a viernes de 09:30 a 18:30 hrsCapacitación sobre productos de venta**Actividades a realizar**:Atención a clientes AAA, seguimiento postventa, venta idealmente- Atender Llamadas: Gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes, proporcionando información clara sobre Servicio de Sistema de automatización- Resolver Inquietudes: Escuchar y entender las necesidades del cliente, ofreciendo soluciones efectivas.Realizar seguimiento a casos abiertos y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.- Cumplir Metas: Alcanzar los objetivos de desempeño establecidos, incluyendo tiempos de respuesta y calidad del servicio y ventas.- Soporte Técnico: Agenda de soporte técnico postventa y seguimiento con los técnicosTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál fue tu último salario libre percibido?- ¿En qué sectores has tenido experiência?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
