Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**Job Summary**Treasury analyst will be responsible to execute administrative area processes as well as manage control documentation related to the group insurance, bonds, and to process payments to 3rd parties and government instances.**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**- Document and closely follow up transportation claims with broker- Record insurance recoveries and payment receipts- Generate purchase orders in Ariba- Process treasury payments in accordance with company procedures (e.g., rent, AMEX meeting cards, insurance)- Deliver proof of payments to Insurance Vendors- Management of miscellaneous billing and petty cash invoicing- Address monthly GL Reconciliations (Insurance and Miscellaneous Expenses)- Collect required signatures for Treasury and Pension Plan documents- Receive checks and deposit them in banks- Social security payments at IMSS offices- Note: This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions._**Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements**Require:_ (These are non-negotiable requirements for the job and cannot be changed after grading/posting)_- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar- Intermediate level of English- Proficient in Excel- Valid driver’s license and driving knowledge**Preferred**:- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)- Experience with SAP scripting (desirable)**Leadership Competencies (Should match the Colgate Global Competencies - Up to 3)**- Business Perspective and Partnership- Teamwork and collaboration- Effective Communication**Functional Competencies (Should match the Colgate Global Competencies - Up to 3)**- Corporate Governance & Compliance- Financial Analysis- Report Automation**Travel Requirements**Expected percentage of travel: Up to 15% In Mexico City related to IMSS payments, checks deposits in banks and special documents delivery required.**Our Commitment to Inclusion**Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
