Así como proponer y desarrollar estrategias para las marcas asignadas con el soporte del responsable de Marketing de la categoría, basado en tendencias consumidores y competidores para contribuir al crecimiento rentable y sustentable del negocio.**Principales actividades**Coordinar y ejecutar el marketing plan, dando seguimiento a todos los involucrados en la cadena de valor con el propósito de cumplir los tiempos, presupuestos y objetivos de ventas del negocio, utilizando el Brand Building Nestlé Way (BBNW).Conocer al consumidor, insights y los porqués de su comportamiento.Asegurar el cumplimiento del Brand Essence en cada una de las actividades estratégicas y tácticas de la categoría asignada, domina los indicadores de salud de marca para crecerla a través de programas de marketing.Apoyar e implementar la estrategia de marketing, dando recomendaciones de crecimiento para el negocio, a través del conocimiento y entendimiento de los consumidores de la categoría, interpretando las diferentes fuentes de información, colaborando en la definición de precios, comunicación & promociones para la categoría asignada con un enfoque en satisfacer las necesidades del consumidor.Asegurar la ejecución de planes que incrementen la distribución de las marcas.Identificar tendencias y utilizar para crear nuevas oportunidades de marca.
