Trust Accountant, Accounting Services

Our virtual team members work exclusively to supercharge guest services, reservations, marketing, bookkeeping, IT support, and other core business functions.**Extenteam** is currently looking for a **Trust Accountant** to undertake the following tasks:- ***What You Will Be Doing**You will be part of a small and efficient Global Accounting and Finance team that works remotely and is leading all accounting operations for our partners and allows you exciting work doing end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll and financial reporting and utilizing the cutting-edge accounting software and integrated tools. We are working to automate the repetitive non-essential tasks away - you will be focused on delivering only the tasks that add value to our partners/clients. You are not isolated from the core system by complicated spreadsheets, you are entrusted to enter directly into the core accounting system. You will learn and stretch your capabilities on a daily basis, with focused SLAs, and regular coaching from passionate seniors and managers who truly care about your professional growth.**Trust Accountant Key Responsibilities**- Perform bank reconciliation supporting various entities mostly engaged in Rental Property Management- Accounts Payable Management- Invoicing and Accounts Receivable management- Create new vendors and Customers in the accounting system- Run reports, reconcile, and extract data from various Property management systems and Tools (e.g. Streamline, iGMS, Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully etc.)- Weekly cash flow statements created to provide to Client’s management/board- Help prepare and send weekly financial dashboard to management and owners- Enter sales, purchases, and labor data into accounting software- Create, review and analyze spreadsheets- Analyze trends and investigate possible discrepancies- Understanding Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet- General Ledger maintenance- Review and reconcile Corporate Credit Card statements and prepare related journal entries- Provide support for ad hoc analyses and other projects to improve efficiency- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends- Perform month-end closing activities**Basic Requirements**- 3+ years of experience as an Accountant in a company with international operations in one or more of the following financial areas: Accounts Payable (or PTP), Accounts Receivable (or OTC), Accounting (or RTR), Banks, Controlling, Statutory Reporting, Management Reporting, Financial Systems- Sound knowledge of trust accounting particularly in the rental property operations- Proficient in using Quickbooks for US clients- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multicultural environment to achieve clear goals- This is a full time position (40 hrs per week) and requires significant synchronous work with people in the US Pacific time zone. You must work in a timezone that overlaps by at least 4 hours a day with the US Pacific time zone or as required by daily operations*Nice-to-have Requirements- Proficient in using Property Management Software such as Streamline, Guesty, IGMS, Hostfully or other similar softwares.- Experience in Hubstaff, Deel, Time Doctor, Quickbooks Time, Sprout HR, and other similar timekeeping and payroll tools- Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM knowledge- Accounting / Bookkeeping certification or relevant degree- Experience in Project/Task Management software tools such as Click-up, Trello, Asana, FinancialCents, Karbon is considered an advantage- Experience working with US Accounting firm or Client Advisory Services
