Apply Field Services Engineer Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or related fields Strong experience with: Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools Exposure to:Network and infrastructure environments (nice to have), Printers and peripheral devices, IT infrastructure support Experience supporting manufacturing sites is highly desirable. Fluent english (must) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide onsite customer service and technical support to final users and key stakeholders. Operate in a Field Services environment , supporting local plant operations. Handle difficult or high-demand customers with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset. Manage and track incidents and requests through ticketing systems . Plan and manage daily agendas, follow up on open issues, track progress, and proactively update stakeholders. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and activation of necessary actions. Support end-user devices and infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. What’s in for you?
