**Experiência**:Experiência en área contable, mínimo 1 año.Experiência en industria maquiladora 1 año mínimoCon dominio en Microsoft office.Ingles 60% minimo**Responsabilidades de su puesto**:- Accounts Payable Trade and SGA: Three way matching, validation of POs to ensure proper recording and classification of transanctions.- Documentar transacciones financieras registrando información de la contabilidad.- Upload supporting documentation to SAGE.- Crear respaldos de datos para asegurar la información financiera and upload supporting documentation into SAGE: Invoice, PO aprobar, Quotes, Approval, receipt of items and/or evidencia delivery of service.- Preparar cash requests and créate payments to end suppliers,verificando información, y requerir reembolsos.- Maintain logs of open cash requests, on time bank records and bank reconciliations.- Actuar como enlace entre Compañía y Firma externa de contabilidad.- Support SAGE implementation in regards of payments request, recurring payments and recurring journal entries.- Realizar tareas asignadas por jefe directo.- Cuidar y cumplir los requerimientos de RH- Política de Acoso y hostigamiento sexual- Política anticorrupción- Política de Conflicto de interés- Cuidar y cumplir los requerimientos de EHS- Cero accidentes- Cumplimiento a requerimientos legales- Prevención de incendios- Cuidar y cumplir los Objetivos de Calidad- Reducción de quejas de cliente (o requerimiento especifico del cliente)- Entregas a tiempo (o requisito especifico del cliente)- Reducción de scrap.**Competencias**:Responsable de proporcionar Requerimientos de Pago a gerencia, adjuntando y analizando la información soporte. Mantiene los saldos bancarios actualizado, prepara conciliaciones semanales y mensuales de los bancos de las tres compañías. Envía, y validad la información entregada y procesada por los estudios contables.
