**UI Designer**Do you love creating stunning, user-friendly designs that connect people to experiences they’ll never forget? At **City Unscripted**, we’re all about helping travelers explore the world in an authentic way—through personalized, local-led experiences that go beyond the typical tourist trail.We’re looking for a skilled **UI Designer** based in **Mexico** to work closely with our Head of Product. Your role will involve transforming wireframes into polished, pixel-perfect designs and supporting our brand’s presence across web, mobile, and marketing materials. If you’re reliable, thrive under pressure, and can consistently meet deadlines, we’d love to hear from you**What You’ll Be Doing**- **Designing Interfaces**: Transform wireframes into high-fidelity web and mobile designs that are visually stunning and user-friendly.- **Prototyping in Figma**: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user interactions.- **Building Consistency**: Maintain and expand our design system to ensure visual harmony across all digital platforms.- **Collaborating with the Head of Product**: Work directly with the Head of Product to refine designs and ensure they align with business goals.- **Ensuring Accessibility**: Design with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in mind to create inclusive user experiences.- **Meeting Deadlines**: Work efficiently to deliver high-quality designs within tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail.**What We’re Looking For****Experience**:- At least 3 years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role.- Fluent English**Technical Skills**:- Expertise in Figma (you’ll be using it daily).- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).**Your Strengths**:- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for clean, functional design.- Strong communication skills—you can articulate design choices clearly.- Reliability and ability to meet deadlines consistently.- Resilience under pressure, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.**Bonus Points If You**- Can add extra magic with motion design or micro-interactions.- Have a deep understanding of accessibility best practices and tools.**Why Join City Unscripted?**At **City Unscripted**, we’re redefining travel by connecting people with passionate locals for unique, flexible experiences.
