***:This position reports to the Technical Support Manager Americas and will be responsible to help and develop specific projects related to automate and build bots using RPA, for services and other departments and provide testing and evaluations of each according to a schedule agenda to deliver these projects and based on feedback of users to update or improvements.**SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES**:- Implementation of RPA Automation projects related to improving customer experience and technical support as well as many other areas- Interact with different teams to get the real needs and transfer this knowledge in solutions for Service department.- Able to develop code using any programming software- To have meetings with internal customers and Tech support to start initial request and understanding to follow expectations based on these meetings.- Contact internal/external customers to resolve quote issues- Ensure that all issues/concerns on open service tickets are communicated and resolved in a timely manner. Escalate issues to Technical Support Manager as necessary.- Provide input during the development of systems, methods and procedures to facilitate efficient and effective results.- Assist in ensuring all methods and procedures are properly documented.- Perform all other duties and activities as assigned.- Represent Omron in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.- Represents the Omron Guiding Principles through personal and business interactions with employees, distributors, and colleagues.**ORGANIZATIONAL COMPONENTS**:**Manager**: Armando Constantino**Staff**: None**Peers**: In development for future positions in TSG or CSC.**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:**Education**: Engineer degree (Mechatronics, Industrial, Computer Systems, Informatics or similar,) with one year experience desirable in development and creation of projects related to automate informatics systems.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel analysis- Knowledge of Python programming software- Bilingual Spanish and English are required.- Suitable experience using Automation Anywhere or any other RPA software**Behavioral Profile**:- Customer service mindset- Strong relationship builder and a strong personal desire to win.- Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.- Great organization skills.- Team player mentality but able to work independently as required.- Strong interpersonal, listening, questioning, and communication skills.**Travel Requirements**:80/20 Office/Travel**PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS**:**Physical Requirements**:None
