Core Responsibilities:- Lead HR Operations / HRSS site leaders, and local HR with respective organizations- Manages the end-to-end delivery of HR Operations services globally within the HR Operating Model- Partner with GSS, HR COEs, Business HR, HR Excellence teams, and Controllers to continuously evolve and execute the HR Operations strategy in support of the business- Promotes functional efficiency (structure, cost, resources) and service excellence to drive a digitally-enabled function- Drive customer focused continuous improvement such as standardization and optimization of processes, automation and digitization of routine HRSS tasks- Monitor that effective internal controls and segregation of duties are in place to address risks in proper financial reporting and protection of company assets, primarily through Payroll activities that are included in hire-to-retire processes- Manage other areas of operations management, like local HR to ensure the overall quality of delivery- Identify potential for new services, balance meeting customers’ needs, and innovating for the future- Monitor adherence to SLAs and produce/review reports in partnership with GSS PMO- Accountable for legal compliance of all services- Conducts research to understand emerging trends in HR shared services- Evaluate diverse resourcing needs including outsourcing and managers vendors, providers- Identify & track administration or performance issues and escalate as appropriate to timely resolve issues- Responsible to build right capabilities in HRSS teams in line with HR Strategy and priorities- Support training needs assessment & delivery for HRSS teamsCapabilities:- Demonstrates strong business and technology acumen and can tie HR Service Delivery to HR strategy and business outcomes- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the current and future HR Service Delivery- Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen- Influences decisions to enhance and develop the HR Operating Model and the HR Service Delivery to improve the employee and manager experience- Maintains a strong external network providing access to best practices and innovation for HR Operations- Effectively manages ambiguity- Operates with the complete story in mind, understands and identifies connections, creates bridges and seamless HR service experiences- Ability to run an effective Shared Service Center governance with right SLA, KPIs- Can formulate a long-term view of where the HR Service Delivery is goingSkillsets:- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; master’s degree in HR/organizational development strongly preferred.- 10-15 years of Work experience in the HR field and with at least 10 Years in HR Transformation and HR Shared Services environment, including Payroll activities, and in a management role in a multinational company, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.- Experience in HR Service delivery road mapping, business cases, process automation and digitization- Experience with different HR service delivery methodologies and effective usage in HRSS environment- Experience leading complex projects, managing risk and driving a team to deliver the highest quality results for our employees- Experience in HR functions, processes, and best practices- Must have proven ability to conceptualize, lead, implement and monitor human resources / HRSS related programs- Critical thinking and analytical skills are essential- A proven track-record of leading change management and transformation initiatives, a demonstrated drive for results and collaborative approach to instilling values and influencing behavior within an organization- Requires well-developed and highly effective listening, communication, and presentation skills- Must maintain effective, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders including members of the HREC, outside organizations, vendors, business leaders, management, and staffRelocation Available:No
