You will work on aspects of transformation and operations, at the business unit level and globally. Your role may also require working within an influence model.**Additional Job Description**- Implement the People Services activities on time based onPeople Services Migration Methodsand GMS principles.- Execute activities on time to deliver quality service to the customers.- Promote the continuous improvement in all the activities or processes to be developed.- Implement and Standardize work procedures working with the stakeholders to obtain the required information- Identify new areas of opportunity to provide GBS People Services along with the People Services Migration team- Ensure compliance with internal controls requirements.- Keep continuous communication with stakeholders.- Maintain and improve KPI integrity.WorkDay Related:- Track the end-to-end processes under your responsibility with commitment to the delivery- Analytical process paperwork management- Ensure delivery of services attributed to his/her responsibility under Global metrics stablished - quantitative and qualitative;- Contact references and perform background checks- Deal with high confidential employee information in the day-by-day activitiesDiversity and inclusion are our strengths.
