The Supply Chain Planner will have a leading role in defining an integrated supply chain that will produce sustained on time delivery performance, targeted customer lead time breakthroughs and optimized financial results.General Responsibilities- Create processes and methods to gather and report on supply chain data; identifying problematic areas and suggest improvements- Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and may suggest improvements or resolutions to problems- Development of internal reports to present key insights from the data- Maintaining and improving existing data analysis tools, reports, and business processe- Develop and quantify supply chain solutions to improve capabilities / reduce costs- Create strategies to improve the item level customer forecasts, inventory turns, and instocks- Drive continuous improvement in the internal forecasting / supply process to optimize working capital while meeting customer goals- Develop positive working relationships with internal and external partnersExperience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customersSmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world’s most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
