The main mission of the **Assistant Controller **is being responsible for assisting in the creation of financial and operational analysis for the Digital Identity and Security Global Business Unit. You will assist with complete financial analysis, report generation activities, and audit the financial needs of the Regional and Division Finance teams.**A week in the life of an Assistant Controller**- You will be **working **in an integrated manner with management to ensure data availability and proper analysis.- You will **support **Regional and Division Finance teams as well as Local business needs effectively and proactively (e.g. Monthly Business reviews, Opex, detail of suppliers, etc)- You will be **issuing **financial reports to Corporate and Local management (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports).- You will **prepare **presentations in support of staff meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the company.- You will **investigate and explain **differences in actual vs. planned or forecasted results.- You will **prepare **for and **participate **in external and internal audits.- **Maximize **use of the ERP system to streamline reporting and analysis.- You will **ensure **the highest standard of accuracy and reporting is maintained by all financial functions.**To be successful in this role**:- **You must have a **Bachelor’s Degree in **Accounting, Economy, Engineering, Actuary or any related discipline.- **You must have between 2 and 4 years of prior **experience in Controlling, Finance or Accounting.- **To succeed at this job, you must have **very strong data analysis skills, business understanding, and high capacity to manage priority and make accurate analysis.- **You should have an Intermediate **English proficiency, with good written and verbal communication skills.- **We would like someone to join our team who is **proactive dynamic, independent, innovative thinker, enthusiastic and multitasking.- **We are looking for someone with an advanced **Excel and Microsoft tools knowledge and good organizational skills.- **You must have knowledge of any ERP**:- **You are resilient **and self-sufficient **.
