Job Description

Summary of the position:
SMT operator will operate the SMT equipment: Pick and Place machines, solder paste inspection machine, solder printer machine and Reflow Ovens. SMT Operator follows up the daily production plan and provides a daily report to the full SMT staff.

Responsibilities & Skills:
  • Responsible for the production plan follow-up.
  • Responsible for the SMT equipment operation.
  • Responsible for the SMT equipment preventive maintenance.
  • Responsible for following the SMT process controls.
  • Perform the Feeders preventive maintenance and calibration.
  • Fix the common equipment failures.
  • SMT knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the Siemens siplace serie-D (indispensable), Dek printer machine, Ko young SPI and Vitronic Reflow Oven Operation.
  • Knowledge of the Moisture Sensitive Devices Handling.
  • Knowledge of the ESD to the components (Electrostatic Discharge) and IPC-610 Criteria Class 3.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic technician or related field.
  • 3 years or more experience on the SMT process.
